A. Yes we offer 24 hour service to our oil customers and Gas customers we have installed equipment for.
Q. What type of oil pricing do you offer?
A. We offer a fair daily market pricing with 10 cent prompt pay discount for our regular customers and a 5 cent senior discount. COD discount on request.
Q. Do you offer locked or capped price programs?
A. No, we do not offer capped or fixed pricing. We stay as competative as possible to be fair to all customers new and existing.
Q. Do you offer Budget Plans?
A. Yes, we offer Budget Plans to customize your needs.
Q. What kind of payments do you except?
A. We accept cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Cards.
Q. Should I press my reset button?
A. No, you should not push the reset button unless told to do so by the office or a service person. Todays equipment and control systems are acurate to a fault of the operation.
Q. Do you offer service contracts?
A. Yes, service contracts are available for heating systems and hot water heaters. They include an annual cleaning with parts and labor as well as 24 hour service at no additional charge.
